We may collect the following categories of information:
Eattonic may generate a non-diagnostic Food Comfort Profile, such as “Warming Comfort,” “Gentle Digestion,” or similar profile labels.
Raw quiz answers and detailed symptom-like inputs are designed to remain on your device by default. The cloud may store only the final Food Comfort Profile label, profile version, confidence bucket, market, and related non-diagnostic personalization information.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
The Eattonic browser extension may analyze the current grocery product page or grocery context you actively interact with. The extension is designed to provide ingredient insights, recipe ideas, and swaps.
We do not intend to collect your full browsing history. Where possible, the extension converts page context into ingredient IDs, product categories, or page types instead of storing full URLs.
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing the Services, maintaining account or Qi records, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, and improving the Services.
Local data may remain on your device until you delete it, clear storage, uninstall the app or extension, or use deletion controls.
Since Eattonic does not require a user account, your data is identified by a unique ID (UUID) stored on your device. If you wish to have your data deleted from our servers, please contact us at support@eattonic.com with your UUID. You can find your UUID in the app settings.
Alternatively, clearing your app data/cache will remove the local association, and we periodically purge inactive anonymous data.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information, including access controls, limited data collection, pseudonymous identifiers, and minimized storage of sensitive inputs.
No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Eattonic is a lifestyle food guidance tool. We do not intend to collect medical records or provide healthcare services. However, some food preference and wellness-related information may be considered sensitive in certain jurisdictions.
