This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for Eattonic purchases, including subscriptions, Qi points, digital reports, premium meal plans, and other paid features.
If you purchased Eattonic through Google Play or another app store, refund requests may be handled by that app store according to its policies. Please use the applicable app store refund process.
Eattonic subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled through the applicable platform or payment provider.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges unless required by law or allowed by the platform’s policy.
Qi points are digital credits used inside Eattonic. Qi points have no cash value and are not legal currency.
Qi purchases are generally non-refundable once Qi points are used to unlock a feature, report, recipe, or plan.
If Qi points were charged due to a technical error, duplicate transaction, or failed unlock, contact us and we may restore Qi points or provide a refund where appropriate.
Digital reports, Food Comfort Reports, recipe plans, family meal plans, and downloadable content are generally non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
If you did not receive the purchased report or the file was technically unavailable, contact us within 7 days and we will try to fix the issue, resend the content, restore Qi, or provide a refund where appropriate.
Promotional Qi, referral rewards, welcome bonuses, rewarded ad Qi, and free unlocks are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
We may deny refunds, Qi restoration, or promotional credits if we detect abuse, fraud, repeated refund misuse, duplicate reward claims, or violation of our Terms.
