Since EatTonic provides digital software services (Browser Extension and PWA access), we generally offer a 14-day money-back guarantee to ensure customer satisfaction.

2. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request within 14 days of your initial purchase. We may ask for feedback on how we can improve our service during the refund process.

3. Processing Refunds

Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.
