Welcome to Eattonic. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Eattonic’s website, mobile experience, Android app/TWA, browser extension, recipe pages, Food Comfort Profile tools, Qi points system, and related services (“Services”).

By using Eattonic, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. What Eattonic Is

Eattonic is a lifestyle food guidance tool. It helps users explore grocery swaps, everyday food preferences, recipe ideas, no-waste meal plans, and Food Comfort Profiles inspired by Eastern food wisdom and modern grocery habits.

Eattonic is not a medical device, healthcare provider, diagnostic service, or substitute for professional medical, nutrition, or dietary advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your location, to use Eattonic. If you use Eattonic on behalf of a household, you are responsible for ensuring that your use is appropriate and lawful.

Eattonic is not intended for children.

3. No Medical Advice

Eattonic does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Any recipes, grocery swaps, Food Comfort Profiles, or meal plans are for general lifestyle and informational purposes only.

If you are pregnant, managing a medical condition, taking medication, following a prescribed diet, or have food allergies, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant dietary changes.

4. Food Comfort Profile

Eattonic may generate a non-diagnostic Food Comfort Profile based on your answers, preferences, and interactions. This profile is intended to personalize food and grocery guidance. It is not a medical diagnosis.

You are responsible for reviewing all ingredient suggestions and ensuring they are safe and appropriate for you and your household.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Use Eattonic for emergency medical needs.
  • Rely on Eattonic as medical, clinical, or professional nutrition advice.
  • Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the Services.
  • Abuse the Qi points system, referral system, rewarded ads, or promotional offers.
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

6. Qi Points and Unlocks

Eattonic may offer “Qi” points that can be used to unlock certain features, such as advanced recipe ideas, family meal plans, reports, or other premium experiences.

Qi points may be earned through actions such as completing eligible tasks, watching rewarded ads, referrals, or purchases. Eattonic may set limits, expiration rules, anti-abuse rules, and eligibility requirements for Qi points.

Qi points have no cash value, are not legal currency, are not transferable, and cannot be redeemed for money.

7. Rewarded Ads

Some features may be unlocked by watching sponsored or rewarded ads. Rewarded ads are optional. Before watching a rewarded ad, Eattonic will tell you what reward you may receive.

We do not use your Food Comfort Profile or raw quiz answers for ad targeting.

8. Paid Services

Eattonic may offer paid products, subscriptions, one-time purchases, reports, Qi packages, or premium meal plans. Prices and available features may change from time to time.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the applicable platform or payment provider.

9. Affiliate Links

Some grocery or ingredient links may be affiliate links. If you buy through these links, Eattonic may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate links will be disclosed near relevant recommendations or links.

10. Browser Extension

If you use the Eattonic browser extension, it may analyze the current grocery product page you actively visit or interact with in order to provide ingredient insights, recipe ideas, or swaps.

Eattonic does not aim to collect your full browsing history. The extension is designed to analyze grocery context relevant to the feature you choose to use.

11. Accounts and Device Linking

Eattonic may use pseudonymous identifiers, device IDs, pairing codes, or optional account features to sync Qi points, entitlements, Food Comfort Profile labels, and unlocked features across devices.

You are responsible for keeping your device and access secure.

12. Content Ownership

Eattonic owns or licenses the software, interface, food knowledge base, recommendation logic, visual design, generated templates, and other materials within the Services.

You may use Eattonic-generated recipes and grocery lists for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, scrape, or commercially exploit Eattonic’s database, recommendation logic, or generated content without permission.

13. AI-Generated Content

Some content may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence. AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your personal circumstances. You should review all suggestions before relying on them.

14. Third-Party Services

Eattonic may link to third-party websites, retailers, app stores, payment processors, ad networks, analytics providers, or affiliate platforms. We are not responsible for the content, policies, availability, or practices of third-party services.

15. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We may update features, pricing, unlock requirements, Qi rules, or supported platforms.
